Voucher ticket details:

You will instantly receive your voucher ticket once you have completed your purchase. Your voucher ticket is therefore available digitally, as well as printed out.

Please note our ticket information:

When you buy the ticket it will be undated and therefore not yet activated for a visit. To select a date and activate your voucher ticket, click on the section ‘activate voucher ticket’ (depending on availability). Following the successful online activation, you can use the voucher ticket for your visit

If the activated voucher ticket is not used, it loses its validity. Changing to a different date is not possible

The statutory limitation period applies. Voucher ticket is valid for three full years from purchase. Can be redeemed without additional charges for visits until 18.01.2026. When redeemed later, an additional charge may apply. Any remaining value will not be paid out

Rulantica is open daily from 9.30am to 10pm (closed 24th/25th December | open until 7pm on 31st December)

Just exchange your Rulantica ticket as you enter the indoor water world with a Rula-Band and carry it with you throughout your visit

Please note that after leaving Rulantica, you will not automatically be able to re-enter

Infants aged under 4 receive free admission (No ticket required)

Our persons with disabilities will receive a special discounted rate. Upon presentation of the disability card with the designation ‘B’, ‘Bl’ , ‘aG’ or ‘H’, the accompanying person receives free admission

Birthday children do not have to buy a date-specific ticket – free entrance is guaranteed on the birthday (up to and including 12 years old when presenting a valid passport)
